What is a key?
A key is used to take an exam. A key will be in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX where X will be replaced with a random alphanumeric character. Keys are unique and may only be used once. They are also linked to a specific exam and exam option (see below).
You must purchase a key via the mock exams page by entering your email and selecting your exam and exam option. Remember, your key is specific to the exam and option you choose, so be careful when selecting your purchase.
An exam will likely have two options – a standard exam, or an upgrade. You can read about the differences by reading our How-To page.
What’s my email address used for?
Your email address is solely used to send your key and exam results to. We do not pass your details on to third-parties, nor do we send any email to you other than emails you request (i.e. key, upgrade key, results).
Your email is stored only in our protected database.
